How Fast Can You Get Here?
In most cases we are out within a day or two, not including Sunday.
I build a route the night before out of all the stops and then hit them one by one. That is how the prices stay where they are, and it is also why I cannot give you a time on the clock in advance — I do not know whether the customer ahead of you has a ten-inch stump or a ten-foot stump.
You still get a real answer on the day. When I finish with the customer directly ahead of you, I call your number with the exact time I will be at your address. And if you are on the list for today, I am coming. Rain or shine.
Quote and Grind the Same Visit
Estimates are free, but I come to work. The equipment comes with me, so if the price suits you I can start right then. The cheapest price you will get is while I am there the first time.
Please do not send a photo. You will be surprised how useless a photo can be — I need to see the stump and the ground around it before I can put a number on it.
Call once the tree is down and out of the way. I do not know the condition of a job in the future, so the quote I give is the quote to grind right then and there. There is no obligation until you approve it.
